All photo’s and information about Penny Babson, her family or works are also owned by Impressions Unlimited or her contrubitors . Impressions Unlimited owns exclusive copy right to said information and use of it with out permission is strictly prohibited.

You must include what your intension are for the use with your request.
Your request will be reviewed by our legal and business staff of David Lunstrum,John Goodmen, Brooke Weston , Annie Clark, Penny Clark Babson and Billie-Jo Benway.
If approved, you will receive a four page standards agreement , which you must sign in front of a notary, and return with in 20 days of the issue date. After receiving your signed agreement back you will be dispensed a copy of the agreement and thus may use the material you have requested for the agreed on time.
All agreements will be sent to you by federal express.
If denied, you will be sent a denial notice as to why your request was denied through registered letter.
Any person, persons, entities, or business’ using said information with out permission is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
